We offer a high degree of accommodation for students travelling to LONDON.

House Rules

Guests
• Guests are permitted but they must be made aware of the Terms & Conditions which govern the use of the rooms.
• They also must be made aware of all emergency procedures.
• The resident is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and for informing the Warden of their presence on the premises in the event of an emergency.
• The residents are not allowed to sublet the room
• LHL defines a guest as someone who will visit up to 48 hours maximum; if a resident requires a guest to stay for longer than this period, they must seek permission from the management and a fee may be charged.
Smoking

• By law these premises are smoke free and any person found breaching this law will be charged £100 on-the-spot fine
• If found to be breaching this rule again during the duration of their stay, they may be evicted; eviction charges of two weeks or remainder of their stay will apply in that case.
• Anybody wishes to smoke must do so outside the LHL premises and ensure that no cigarette butts litter the entrances to LHL.
Noise
• All residents are reminded that noise must be kept down to a reasonable level especially between 23.00 and 07.00.
Eviction
• If residents are evicted as a result of flagrant disregard for the above rules, e.g. smoking, they will be charged 2 weeks or the remainder of their stay if less than 2 weeks is payable as indemnity. If the remainder is greater than 2 weeks, LHL will refund the difference.

Dispute resolution

• By confirming your booking with LHL, you verify that you have read, understood and will abide by these Terms & Conditions.
• LHL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as and when required for the smooth running and improvement of the accommodation’s services it provides and will try its utmost to circulate this information via website, emails and other mediums in time for any changes to take effect and minimise any disruptions and/or inconveniences.

How do I book an accommodation?

 
Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the accommodation page you are interested in. Select the dates you wish to stay there. Afterwards, you select the option of the type of room you want.

Once you have selected all these options, on your right hand side, you are going to see a summary of your reservation with all the information about the accommodation, with its prices. Also, the deposit you have to pay will be displayed there. You just have to press the Orange Button that says BOOK NOW and this will take you to another page to enter your personal details. When you are booking you only have to pay the little deposit.

Once the host has been chosen by you and a deposit has been paid upon booking, the  host will confirm the availability of the services required and process your booking, at that time you receive a second e-mail with confirmation of your place.
