We are a bubbly and dynamic family of three: 2 boys aged 12 and 6 and myself.
I worked as a civil servant in London for many years, and now studying from home.
We recently moved from London, and are really enjoying a more peaceful lifestyle in the country in Ashford Kent. We are only 20 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes from Ashford Internatinal and Eurostar. There is a very popular superstore 10 minutes walk from the house, and a lovelybplayground with a lake where you can show your fishing skills.

We leave in a spacious townhouse with 4 beds, 3 baths, garden and garage. I currently offer 2 bedrooms, together or separately. First room can accommodate 2 guests at the same time. The second room has a single bed, and can be rented separately.

House Rules

Children under 16 of age are under the same house rules as my boys: they are expected to get home in time for dinner and curfew is applied during school days.
House keys are only given to the older ones (in weekend for instance)
Earlier check in from 10 am, and latest check out is up to 11 am.
Cancellation policy: 90% refund of deposit within 7 days of booking, 50% under 7 days.
No shows, no refund without justification ( medical etc)
Early check out are treated as extra booking and charged like daily rate, according to avaibility.

How do I book an accommodation?

Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the accommodation page you are interested in. Select the dates you wish to stay there. Afterwards, you select the option of the type of room you want.

Once you have selected all these options, on your right hand side, you are going to see a summary of your reservation with all the information about the accommodation, with its prices. Also, the deposit you have to pay will be displayed there. You just have to press the Orange Button that says BOOK NOW and this will take you to another page to enter your personal details. When you are booking you only have to pay the little deposit.

Once the host has been chosen by you and a deposit has been paid upon booking, the  host will confirm the availability of the services required and process your booking, at that time you receive a second e-mail with confirmation of your place.
