This is a beautiful house spread out on 3 floors and nicely furnished. It is located in the famous area of Notting Hill and is extremely close to central London and the very famous Portobello Road Market. The house can comfortably accommodates 6 guests!

* Usual Check-in hours is between 2pm - 5pm. For any check-in outside these hours, there will be £50 fee applicable

* Week-end check-in and check-out fee of £50 applicable

* Post tenancy cleaning amount of £40 for 1 bed, £50 for 2 beds and £60 for 3 beds and above - is charged over the total booking amount. There is no extra charge other than cleaning. However, there might be a security deposit depending on the property situation.

* Cancellation Policy: A request to reduce the term of the booking will be regarded as a cancellation. Below is the Property Management Cancellation Policy, except fees:
- If a guest cancels their booking up to 2 months before their check-in, they receive an 85% refund.
- Strict: up to 1 month before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund
- Any cancellation after one month within the check-in, there is no refund.

* We accept payments through major credit and debit cards (3% additional fee applicable) and take the entire booking amount at the time of reservation. We would require the full amount at least 30 days before the guest check-in date.

* We take bookings for minimum 3 nights. Few properties might have different minimum nights.

* We take care of the Post Tenancy cleaning through professional cleaners.

How do I book an accommodation?

 
Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the accommodation page you are interested in. Select the dates you wish to stay there. Afterwards, you select the option of the type of room you want.
