It Features 2 comfortable bedrooms: the first one with 2 single beds, spliy, closet with full-length mirrors; the second one with a Queen Size bed and Air Conditioning. It's ideal for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 guests.

It has an elegant badroom with bidet and telescopic shower with hot water. The accommodation has a fully equiped kitchen that includes refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, stove, coffe maker and utensils; a living room, with a comfortable sofa for a fifth occupant; dining room and laundry room.

The building is in excellent conditions and has 2 new elevators and video surveillance camera at the main access to ensure the safety of the guests. It overlooks the popular Línea Avenue, which connects quickly and easily to all city's central and historical areas.

It's 4 blocks from the Malecon and 10 min. from Old Havana and Central Habana, and it offers a beautiful view of the city and is close to the popular and featured sites.

General description of the neighborhood
El Vedado is a neighborhood of the city of Havana, which is characterized by its beauty and elegance, thanks to the harmonious combination of streets and avenues of trees, portals and stately homes of the most varied styles. Its construction started at the end of the 19th century and reached its peak in the first half of the 20th century. His subsequent developments led him to combine buildings, cinemas, restaurants, schools and public institutions that were completing its urban layout, but without losing the charm of its avenues and streets forested in which follow present monumental residences of times past, whose number possibly does not exist in any other city of Cuba. It is currently part of the municipality of Plaza de la Revolución and is the political and administrative center of the capital of Cuba, because nearby are the headquarters of numerous State ministries and offices of foreign companies that have relations with the country. The safety and tranquility of visitors are guaranteed, because the building has a surveillance camera in the main entrance, new lifts and locks in each access, plus an automatic gate on the corresponding floor and it is located in a totally peaceful area. We still don't have the Internet service available, however there very close places where you can get connected to the net for reasonable prices, as the President Hotel, which is 2 blocks away from the Department.
